We use their contact information to send communications about our company and services as well as information regarding their existing account. Users may opt-out of receiving this information. If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we will ask them for the friend's name and email address. will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. Schools K-12 stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. Login Security

When a user chooses a password for their Profile, the password is stored on a password protected server. However, when the user sends their password across the Internet to Schools K-12, there is a very slight possibility that an experienced hacker could steal the password by sniffing the line on the user’s property or somewhere between the user's property and our server.


Schools K-12 cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Agreement. While we utilize commercially reasonable security measures, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.

In the event that Schools K-12 or all of its assets are acquired, customer information, including any visitor information collected through the site, would be one of the transferred assets.

Schools K-12 will disclose member information in circumstances where we believe that the disclosing of this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other visitors, members, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
