Targeting Overview:

Schools K-12 offers Real Estate Professionals precise ad targeting technology based on zip code parameters. You select the zip codes that match your territory and when a Schools K-12 visitor searches and views schools within your selected territory, your ad is displayed.

What happens if more than one zip code is included in a user's search result?

If you are the only Realtor sponsoring at least one zip code among those displayed in a search result, your ad will display by default. If multiple zip codes returned in a search result, each sponsored by a different Realtor, the Realtor sponsoring the most zip codes, of those shown, will be displayed. If there is a tie among two or more realtors, in the number of zip codes sponsored, no ad will be displayed on that user's search result. Once the user views a specific school that coincides with your sponsored zip code, your ad will then display.

Reporting Overview:

Online access to web-based, real-time reports is provided to Realtors through their advertising account login. Reports provide details on how many times your ad has been displayed (Impr), how many times your ad has been clicked (Clicks) and your click through ratio (CTR - Clicks divided by Impressions).
