Realtor Artwork Specifications

Your ad will appear in two formats: one for the Schools K-12 website pages (Search Results and Quick Reports) and a second format to appear on our Premium Report PDF.

If you are opting to have the Schools K-12 art department create your ads, you will be required to provide the following:

1. A high-quality, professional image of yourself (photos with black backgrounds will not be accepted) with minimum dimensions of 480px (width) x 640px (height) 72dpi resolution.
2. An image that represents your area. This can be a scenic image and should represent the Realtor's area of expertise (optional). Minimum dimensions: 480px (width) x 640px (height) 72dpi resolution.
3. Your logo in EPS or PDF format. Other Acceptable Formats: A jpeg or gif of your logo with a white background at least 300px X 300px
4. Your realty company's logo in EPS or PDF format. Other Acceptable Formats: A jpeg or gif of your realty company’s logo with a white background at least 300px X 300px

Requested Realtor Edits:

Any edits that were created in error by Schoolsk-12.com and/or our art department (ex: we typed in the wrong phone number, or forgot to ad a background image that was initially provided to us) are included free of charge. Edits that were in error of the wrong information initially provided to us, or requests from the Realtor to customize the advertisement will be charged at the hourly rate of $75.

If you are using your own designer, they will need to follow the format and specifications below.
